Crisp & Creamy Baked Chicken
(I'm sorry for the lack of pictures, I forgot to take more!)
You will need:
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 a pouch of Shake N Bake Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
2/3 cup condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded three cheese
Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on packaging. Place in a 9x13in baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Cook rice in the mean time.
Mix soup and milk until well blended & pour over chicken. Top with cheese. Bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with rice.
